Implementation of Electronic Certificates for

Certificate of Free Sale, Manufacturing Certificate, and Export Certificate issued by Medical Device Authority (MDA), Malaysia

Dear Valued Stakeholders,

The Medical Device Authority (MDA) is pleased to announce that, effective 1 March 2026, following certificates will be issued electronically:

Upon completion of the application and successful payment, the electronic certificate will be issued by MDA via e-mail within 7 working days.

Please be informed that for application approved prior to 1 March 2026, the physical certificate will continue to be issued.
