Medical Device Authority is moving a step forward with a subscription to Malaysian Law Review, Malaysia’s largest legal database

 

8 SEPTEMBER 2021. The Legal Unit of MDA has kickstarted the eLaw Digital Library via a training session with the publisher held at MDA’s Headquarters in Cyberjaya.

 

                                                                          

 

 

 

                                                                 

 

 

The system is a strategic effort for MDA’s assurance in becoming a globally recognized regulator with 1st class service delivery by 2023.

 

With various legal issues concerning the medical device, the Legal Unit realizes the importance of having a legal research system to support the organization as well as facilitating the public domain.

 

                                                                                               

 

 

                                                                

 

This is a remarkable milestone for MDA to strengthen and enhanced its legal capacity in dealing with a civil suit and conduct of the prosecution.
